📝 Booking & Registration • After booking, you’ll receive a quick online form (within 24 hours) to: • Upload a photo ID + selfie (to match your Airbnb profile) • E-sign our rental contract • Bookings are confirmed once this step is completed. 🚽 OCCUPANCY & SEPTIC SYSTEM • Our home runs on a septic system, so guest count is important. • Maximum occupancy = the number listed on your booking. • Want to add a day or overnight guest? Just send us a quick message for approval. 🧹 EXTENDED STAYS • For visits longer than 2 weeks, a light mid-stay cleaning is required every 14 days (fee TBD) in addition to checkout cleaning. 🐕 ANIMALS We love welcoming dogs! • Up to 2 dogs per stay (7-night max) • Pet fee: $75 per dog • Cats aren’t permitted due to severe allergies • Please keep pups off the furniture and bedding (covers provided just in case). If your pup sheds, we kindly ask you to tidy up fur before departure • The yard is fully fenced, but small dogs can slip under in spots. 5-10 min. to world class wineries yet 24 min. to the either the coast in Morro Bay or Cambria, this home is in an amazing location. This is a rural neighborhood where every lot is over an acre. It is quiet and private, but you are still close enough to neighbors where they will hear loud noises. There is a creek that runs behind the house, with lots of deer. You have grocery, dollar tree, gas & fast food 2 minutes on the other side of the freeway. There are plenty of additional grocery & shopping options within 15 min. 10-20 min. to Paso Robles 5 min. to downtown Atascadero or Templeton 25 min. to the coast either Morro Bay or Cambria. 35 min. to Hearst Castle 15 min. to natural mineral hot springs. 25 min. to San Luis Obispo
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property minus 2 bedrooms and the game room (optional for a fee) with the exception of the large workshop building that is separate from the house, the green house or any sheds. Please note, the fenced in garden in the front is the neighbor's property. There is parking for up to 3 cars, as well as RV parking with electrical & water hookups at the end of the driveway.
